Fund Raising

Detailed business plan preparations are required for any venture or bank financing. As part of these preparations demonstrating stable financial backing is required and we can assist our clients with soliciting equity or joint venture partners.

Municipal Lobbying

Depending on the complexity of the development, municipal lobbying of Administration and Council is required to ensure project success and reduce approval timelines. Our strong relationships with all levels allow us the platform to discuss, negotiate, and collaborate with the Municipality to resolve issues or educate on new innovations.

 

Land Acquisition & Assembly

From assembling land contract review and strategy to due diligence process and review of consultant reports our team skillfully guides our client through the process. A complete financial analysis, including a pro forma model and cash flow modeling is supplemented with current market research.

 

Land Use Planning

Land development starts with our client’s vision and that vision becomes our vision as we move through the process. Working closely with our clients we prepare and obtain land development applications and approvals, provide experienced municipal lobbying when required and act as a community liaison striving for the success of the project.

 

We can also assist with the approvals of complex development proposals and permits if required.

Preliminary Engineering

Experienced technical review and preliminary engineering is essential to the overall success of any project. Our team excels at providing functional, cost-effective conceptual engineering strategies for land development projects.  We have very close business relationships with civil engineering firms to provide detailed design.

 

Development Management

Meeting deadlines, driving engineering consultants, preparing RFP’s, reviewing contractor tender submissions, and managing construction to substantial completions are key ingredients to bringing a development to market. At Stewart Land we pride ourselves on ensuring each stage of a project is effectively managed from the early planning stages to completion.   

 

Construction Services

Once design is complete and building approvals are obtained, our team takes a supervisory role through the construction process. We maintain proficient communication between the developer, municipality and contractors while ensuring consistency between the design and construction phases, creating a final product that matches our client’s vision.
