Central and Watkins (Kimberly BC)

Designed for Kimberley’s vibrant culture and strong sense of community, Central & Watkins is an exciting new housing development that features 42 residential units of varying sizes and configurations, including master on the main bungalows, Live-Work  townhomes and Roof Top Patio units, and Two Master suite units above eight commercial retail bays. Stewart Land was involved from the purchase of the property, completed the due diligence and proforma modeling, and provided conceptual design of the site and units in partnership with Berry Architecture and WSP.

Westbank Village (West Kelowna, BC)

Gatehouse Developments and Stewart Land have partnered in acquiring 40 acres of First Nations Land on the banks of Lake Okanagan. The vison of this exciting development will be a unique and trendy urban village with focus on live work opportunities and pedestrian circulation. Commercial mixed use, mid to high rise condos, ground orientated townhomes, and strata single family will be offered with unprecedented views of Lake Okanagan and Kelowna.   

West Clayton (Surrey, BC)

Stewart Land is providing consulting and project management to our client, Jhujar Construction, on this new townhome development in West Clayton. The scope of this project is to acquire 3rd Reading and PLA approvals for 47 Modern Townhomes. Our partners for this project include S2 Architecture, McElhanney Engineering, and PMG Landcape Architects.

Providence (West Kelowna, BC)

Gatehouse Developments are building 58 Townhomes (Fee Simple) in West Kelowna. Stewart Land was solicited to assist in the due diligence, pro forma modeling, site and unit design, and project management to secure municipal approvals including Development Permits and Variances. Our consultant team included DiStefano Architecture, Aplin Martin, and VDZ Landscape Architects.

Proper (Guildford, Surrey BC)

Gatehouse Developments secured 4 parcels in the Guildford Neighbourhood of Surrey. Stewart Land was solicited to assist in the due diligence, pro forma modeling, and project management to secure municipal approvals including rezoning, subdivision, and development permits. This site is designated for 2.5 FSR with preliminary plans for 145 condo units. We are working with Nick Bray Architecture from Vancouver and McElhanney Engineering on this application.

Midtown Mixed Use (Chilliwack, BC)

Stewart Land is excited to be the development manager for this unique project in Chilliwack south of the Downtown Core on Yale Road. Gatehouse Developments vision is to provide a mixed use building, food service anchor, and 3 level building for their new office.
